We've grown accustomed to Miami-based Dorya delivering stunners when it comes to furniture, but the brand's latest is bound to make even the most jaded of aesthetes do a double take. Introduced at High Point this past fall, the Serenity sideboard is the newest signature member of the Contemporain collection. Curvaceous in all the right ways, it's the Serenity's superior mixing of materials that make it irresistible: The espresso mahogany frame and lemanja veneer sunburst pattern on the front doors is complemented by handcasted, stainless steel hardware. It's clear the design team at Dorya strived to create a piece that's as much a visual delight as it is a textural pleasure.
